OEM Nissan belts don't squeal as much. Not really sure why that is... possibly higher quality materials that grip better and are more pliable. I will say this though, my Dayco belts eventually stop squealing after about 800 miles on them. Maybe they just needed to break in.

Running Dayco belts here for over a year on both my M and my G. Happy no issues..

If it only seems to be happening when its cold, check your factory idle belt tensioner. I had the same problem. It would squeak and chirp for 5 mins or until the engine was warm.The grease built up in my tensioner which made it squeak due to the cold weather. As soon as the engine got pretty warm, the grease flowed better and it stopped squeaking.
