So running these water lines has been a bitch. I have the back of 1 done and the other back is almost done, The front I figured out how to run the return line, have to go above the transmission line up and over between the fire wall. There is other room but knowing I am going turbo soon I had to account for all that space being taken up. As for the feed line it is going to be a very very tight fit. Think I am going to en up ceramic coating the water lines then wrapping in DEI wrap.
Running so close to the exhaust I am worried about the lines getting hot and the system not cooling as well as it should.
Well I feel like I am doing a lot of work, and then I look at how much I get done and like WTF..... Not much. haha I am working on customers stuff at the same time also though. So up to this point.
Since I drift, when sliding sideways does not get good airflow over the radiator. Also being that we get so close a lot of times you hit the front of the car. Last event they wanted us to go 1 more time, but i had ripped my lower radiator line off and was going to take to long to refill and bleed my system. I am also running air duct from the back small windows to the radiator in trunk. That's will give air to the radiator when sideways. It also cools better in general. You have much more coolent and you don't have it under a compact hood with an engine.
Just a fast update, I got the radiator mounted today and all the lines back on. Also started putting the front of the car back on. Hoping I can drive it this sunday!
