Overfilling probably. Check you level on a level surface.

Otherwise maybe you have the ole manual coupe oil burning issue.

You need to get the code/s read and go from there.

I was doing a sparkplug change on the g and managed to break the pvc (pcv??) Valve on the passenger side. I figured I would glue it back together until I could get one. It was chucking heavy blue clouds until I replaced that valve. Hope that might help. Good luck!

If it's burning that much oil you should be getting at least a "Random Misfire" code, and probably codes for the Catalytic Converter malfunctioning and various others stating that emissions are not within acceptable values.

If your car ate a valve like mine did, you'd know it, because you're running on 5 cylinders and it will run extremely rough and buck and jerk when you try to accelerate (although once up to 75 or 80 MPH it smooths right out as you cruise). But you will also get the thick white oil burning smoke you are describing.

My $0.02

you should be getting little more smoke coming from your exhaust dues to straight pipes vs cats, but it should not be excessive. Read your code. It it refers to oxygen sensors on exhaust then that is your problem.
