Does the VQ35DE y pipe interchange with the VQ37VHR y pipe?

I know they look different but would it bolt up?

 

Dont buy either. I had originally purchased one like the top pic.. then went w full exhaust, but when I got a fix it ticket for loud pipes I threw back on the G. After ONE yr.. the welds on the Y pipe cracked, then broke on my way back home. Furthermore, the weight was so much that the pipe leading to the exhaust side also broke. POS im my opinion.

 

I have a Megan HR Y-Pipe on my 06 Coupe and it's a direct bolt-on.
