New Here - Buying First G35!
Hey everyone, new here. I'm looking at buying my first g35 coupe and I have a few questions. I didn't want to create a hundred threads so I'm going to combine into one. Iv already decided that I want a 06-07, manual trans and I want to go twin turbo. Just so everyone's clear, I'm a full time electrician, I'm aware the costs to build a G. So, bare with me and my many questions and have a great rest of the week!
Cheers
Questions:
06-07 good years for reliability
Stock internals handle 400hp roughly, true?
In your opinion, best sounding catback?
Twin turbo vs single turbo vs supercharger
If I go TT I should go stroker kit?
Greddy TT kit good?
Will a 350z kit fit on a G?
How hard is it to install the kit? I'm not dumb but I have only fully rebuilt one v6 before (GM 3800) and never installed FI on a N/A.
If no, anyone know good shops in gta area?
Thanks everyone.
Cheers

First off I have not done FI yet but will so I have started on the research. From what I have gleened most go with the single turbo but if you have serious track aspirations then the twin is better suited. The stock motors from what I have ready do well with up to 450 rwhp so a changing internals is for more HP or if you want more reliability. I know a guy with 415 HP at the wheels about 100k miles that way with no problems on the stock internals. As far as kits go top brands are APS, greddy, and jwt. I hope this helps and like I said this has been what I have researched so take nothing as hard data.
As far as catbacks all I have heard on here is motordyne or HKS. I now have the HKS it has a great sound but a little quiet for my tastes. Most everything that is not body or interior is interchangeable with the 350z.
