Built engine that can pass smog/ emissions in Texas?
Does anyone know if I would be able to pass emissions with a built engine similar to this? http://www.importpartspro.com/st1vqloblni3.html
If not, would a stroked engine be better?
I'm wanting to have a better engine with a supercharger that's capable of 450-500rwhp after I'm done with emission testing each time. That'd mean putting cat back on, bringing sc power down to around 300-350rwhp and other things before each time the car gets tested. I've researched this for a few hours and will be calling gtm if they could help me on this situation. If anyone has any advice on what setup I should do it'd be greatly appreciated.
