Headlight fitment fix?

Some a**hole backed into my car and did minor damage. A few scratches on my front bumper and got my headlight aswell. The headlight isn't damaged just the tint overlay is slightly peeled off but I plan on removing that anyways. My main concern is this fitment issue.
As you can see the headlight is shifted up. Is this an easy fix or should I have a professional get it right?

It looks like the mounting tabs were bent. Take both driver & passenger lights off and compare the mounting points. See what is damaged and gauge if you can fix it.

what he said^ if it was moved while the bolts holding the tabs down were torqued in place it's most likely bent. was it a hit and run? or did you find the person who hit you

Okay thanks guys sounds easy enough.

Unfortunately I did not. I asked the store I was parked near if they had a camera on the spot but they didn't
