2003 G35, Vdc off, slip on

On three separate occasions when i go at or above 70mph, my slip and VDC off light come on my dashboard. I have an OBD-II sensor reader and after running it, it shows the knock sensor in bank 1(or 2) is having an issue. Is this on par for whenever this happens with others of the same model year? It's' not an ABS or brake issue because i've checked my brakes and they' aren't running thin(I get a lot of noise but it's probably because I'm not using the Thermo-quiets a lot of people are using). I hear 350z sensors are interchangable and run a bit cheaper if I'm not mistaken but I want to know if someone else has had this issue. I had a similar problem a few long months ago with a possible camshaft or knock sensor failure but it was causing my G to turn off randomly(even at high speeds) which it isn't doing now so I'm guessing the knock sensor has to be replaced now. Any input would be great before i spend the cash to buy the part. Oh the error code I get is P0327 or P0237 if I remember correctly. All help and advice is appreciated.

Abs sensors have nothing to do with the actual brakes. They measure wheel spin. The front sensors are located on the hubs (or axle shafts of AWD cars) and the rear sensors are actually located on the differential. They aren't located on the brakes. If your brakes are noisy, you may want to look at them because properly installed and lubricated brakes should be quiet regardless of pad brand.

What size are your tires? I'm going to guess that you are running different size tires front and rear and the differential is causing the ABS system to fault due to different wheel speeds front and rear. This effect is exaggerated at higher speeds.

Your check engine codes are unrelated if this is the case.
