This is why Infiniti gives you the maintenance booklet. If you open it up, you'll see all the maintenance you need to do for your car until 300,000 miles (if it even gets there!). 3,750 miles is inspection for a few things and an oil & filter change. Costs $35-$40 at any dealership. The 15,000 mile service, they have to inspect some other crap, do oil & filter change, and replace the in-cabin micro-filter. That service comes to $130-$150.

Do not be ripped off by your local Infiniti dealership. I know my dealership had several options for my 15K service, three options of $300 service, $400 service, or $500 service. It was a whole list of all this tune-up stuff that new car engines simply don't need for the first 50,000 miles of operation, and I was kind of afraid that I would pay and they wouldn't even do all that- some of it was like "Check headlights and turn signals". I can do that on my own, thanks.
