Did the after market sensor work for a short time because I replaced mine with a after market one and it worked for a short while

camshaft sensor

i have a 04 g35 camshaft sensor problem. i have changed my bank 1 and bank 2 like three times, can i be unlucky and buying bad sensor or could it be some thing else? Does anyone have any suggestions! HELP PLZ THANK YOU

What code popped up when the SES light came on? Did you buy genuine OEM sensors or generic ones and where did you buy them? Usually an OEM sensor works great as a replacement if you're addressing the right issue.

Glad to hear you fixed your problem.

People need to stop cheaping out on aftermarket parts, especially sensors. I don't know how many of these threads I've read. The sensors aren't even that expensive. Save yourselves the time and effort and, while they are still available, put in the oem parts!

I have also replaced the crankshaft sensor and one into and the camshaft sensor and still having the same problem did you have any luck with yours
