are you legal? if you are then go anywhere. if you are not i cant really help you. most shops wont budge on loosing their license.

Before I hook you up with a shop how extensive are you mods that you won't pass normal smog checks? If you're not throwing error codes and just have a modified exhaust I have a guy but he's in the Valley...Gary
