Unhappy Oh no! Some lady backed up and hit my car!! Is the circled area fixable?

Hey guys/gals.

So first thing's first-- I'm insured (the best possible from USAA), and she's insured. She's a 20 year old girl who was parked in an illegal zone!!! and backed up and hit my car as I was waiting for gas (I actually stepped out of my car for a second while I was waiting to get something off off of the windshield-- so don't know if that will complicate things). She didn't even look though-- just BAM!!!!

I just wanted to see how I would go about this (I know I'm going to have to call my Insurance company). I'm assuming they will give me a list of body shops.. which brings me to the reason I created this thread:

The damage is very minimal and only on the rear bumper (thank god)-- but it could have possibly hit the very back right of the quarter panel (can't tell-- but I think it got minimally clipped as well. I circled the questionable area in the photos) Is this going to change everything? Is this something that can be fixed? I want my baby back up and in pristine condition... I feel so down in the dumps right now..

I'm going to attach some pictures so you guys can see and maybe you can tell me if it can be restored back to normal and how much it may cost? Thanks for any advice-- I'm new to this!

Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you all.

heat gun, don't boil the paint.

Will pop right off. if you got cracks in the paint, it'll have to be repainted.

I wouldn't be doing it myself-- I'd rather have it done professionally and yes there will be some repainting required (touch up paint)

thinking out loud though-- will they be able to fix the part circled? Because I obviously can't replace that entire panel...

Damn this sucks!

anything can be fixed. Nobody will need to replace entire panel, if shop tells you they need to do that, run away.

They can replace that entire quarter panel. Why are you so worried about it when the other party's insurance is going to cover it?

He's not responsible for the repairs so why should he run away if a body shop wants to replace the whole quarter panel? Actually I would rather have a shop do that then Mickey Mouse the repairs on my car. High end shops will get you new oem parts all refinished. Cheap shops will "fix" what's damaged to cut cost and pocket money

No shop in their right mind will ever replace a quarter because of that dent.
