Angry Subframe Rust - is it that bad?

I live in calgary and they use a lot of salt in the winter. Is this expected/normal/safe? should i get it fixed before continuing to sell my car? My mechanic has never mentioned it as a problem.
Thanks in advance guys. i hope i can sell it without any fixes.

My g: priced for CAD$7700 = 6000 USD (remember the economy in calgary is BAD)

130 000 kms aprox 78 000 miles
coupe (stock mines intake and cosmetic things)
2nd owner
Needs front strut mounts and ball joints
Clean in and out (ill atach one pic of it)
Fully loaded exept nav and brembo
Front end accident in 08 but still active status

Am i priced fairly?

Let me know what you guys think about my car's price and its rust issues.

Thanks

P.S. - im not trying to sell it here, im just asking if it is priced fair. The comparibles in Calgary are in that range (more like 8000 CAD)

By rust is a killer, do you think it is bad enough to need fixing? or is this normal for a 12 y/o canadian car used in the winter

Doesn't look too bad. Pretty normal for a car up north.

Sounds like a good price for such low mileage.

yeah, it's normal for for a car of that age from the "winter" region.

Fixing might turn out quite costly.

I'm parting out one that came from eastern Canada, you looking to replace bunch of parts plus all the bots and hardware. It's quite complicated process.
