Bad clutch or pedal?

I am having trouble determining what the problem is here. Please read it all before replying to this next bit... My pedal sticks to the floor and I have to lift it back up. It doesn't seem like a master. All the videos of bad masters I've seen on these, the pedal will easily go to the floor and not pop back up. But it will have little resistence either way.

Mine is a rather hard pedal feel, and takes quite a bit of effort to push down. Once down, mostly in low gears, I need to lift back up on every shift. Mostly 1,2 and reverse. If I make a very fast shift where the pedal is pushed down and released immediately, the pedal will come back up. But not if its held down for like a half second or more.

I've attached a video of the pedal assembly itself. Does that look like normal pedal operation? Once it gets to a certain point (about halfway) it slams down the rest of the way and sticks there and takes a lot of effort to pull back up.

My thoughts are either bad pedal assembly, or possibly bad clutch spring plate? Like if it doesn't have enough pressure to return back out?

Ah, I'll have to figure out how to post videos. But for now, any thoughts?
