I am looking to get a tune for my 05 coupe. I'm not sure which one is the best or which y'all would suggest? A buddy of mines got a simple chip connected to an app on his phone for his mustang and was wondering if there was any like that for the G.

 

I actually use 'gStrings' and it's really accurate. You can DL it for free from the Android play store. It's pretty self explanatory when you see it.

I used boss chromatic tuner, it tunes up pretty good!

 

I actually like drop B because you automatically get an octave when you play a power chord on the low E. The Tool song 'Prison Sex' is a great example of drop B tuning.

Osiris from upRev is a good tuner for the money. It comes with 3 pretunes.
