Mods on a 2006 G35 coupe
Im a first time poster and have no experience in these kinsa websites, im just wondering if any of you can help me out, idk a lot about cars but i wanna make my g35 fast so i dont get shown up. So im planning on buying a 2006 manual g35, i already have the money for it and im just waiting to find the right one. I wanna know which modifications i can do to make it actually faster, hopefully a noticeable difference, preferrably cheap and excluding superchargers and turbochargers. What should i buy for the car?. And if it comes down to it, whats the best supercharger for that specific model?.

I know you are young just by what you wrote.
Are you going to race on public streets and possibly kill someone because you don't want to get shown up?
An Infiniti is not a good choice for a young inexperienced driver.
Save your money, study and wait until you are older and earning enough money to afford an Infiniti.
Go buy a Honda.

I did, but im curious for myself, i know the question gets asked over and over but as that one guy said i am inexperienced, i get that the spacer, the high flow cats help a lot but i have questions of my own, like what would be better a cold air intake? Is there some way i can install both? I know i sounds very stupid but im honestly not very smart when it comes to cars, i just want a fast g35

Um okay? I didnt know you were royalty if you could afford an infiniti, you do know g35's arent very expensive right? Im buying one regardless of what you say, and i dont happen to like hondas. Kill someone by racing? Well idk where you get all that from, my friends go racing in some spots and i wanna go with them, i just wanna be able to compete, you know you're not special for owning a g35 right?

Well from what i searched online the cold air intakes seem to add more hp but more information is always lacking, and in reality, all posts on this page always suggest the spacer and the high flow cats, which is what i dont understand, why do most people almost always say the latter are better, when the cold air intake seems to add more hp? I know hp isnt the most important thing when it comes to cars, could you clear this up?

No, those are my searches done on google, it doesnt just take me to this page but others and it seems like the cold air intakes add around 20hp means while the high flow cats seem to add less than that. I read the manufacturer descriptions on the cold air intakes such as the injen and all of those seem to be better
