Here's the part number for the bracket, yes it looks like you're missing it, those lamps clip into the bracket.

So I ordered the part that cleric said. When I looked closer, turns out that I'm blind and I already had a bracket installed and ordered a new one for nothing. But thanks for the help!

Dredging up an old post. But wondering where you got your replacement lamps?

I noticed on my son's G35, they were hanging down. I tried to get them to stick back up in there, but the plastic is brittle on them, and I think they're both broke / cracked up enough they won't stay up in the bracket. Just looking for a reasonable place to buy them, and a part number if so kind. I was messing with it in the parking lot of the college we were dropping him off it. I had noticed them hanging down while I was following him up there. In the parking lot was not a good place or time to be trying to work up under there. Lots of cars driving around dropping students off, and everybody was looking at me as if I were some kind of martian to be messing with a car. Guess they all take theirs to a mechanic for every little thing (I do not).

Oh, one last note. It seems like that bracket is farther up under the bumper than I would have guessed it to be. I would have thought the lamps would have been just out of view when looking at the bumper from the rear. But, they're farther on up in there than that. Am I wrong about that? I ask, because I wonder if the bracket on his car is out of position … maybe from some previous damage. Thanks!

Yes the mounting bracket for the lights is kinda deep up in there.

Heres one on ebay....already has the LED bulbs in there. https://m.ebay.com/itm/2pcs-6000K-White-LED-License-Plate-Light-Lamp-Set-for-Nissan-Cube-18-3528-SMD/191714962108?epid=3018529830&hash=item2ca31a2abc:g :cLQAAOSwqYZbA88Y

Scorpi0 - Thanks for the info. I noticed the ad says those lamps are for a Cube. But I would imagine the lamps are carryover on several models. Do that particular lamp also fit the G35? From memory, they look the same.

Nevermind - I found the filter. Then found the equivalent lights that do fit the G35. Thanks!

I purchased the lights, received them yesterday, and SLAPPED them in when I got home. They are nice. Because the red light from the tail and brake lights are so vivid, and the plate lights are the only white lights visible, it looks really nice with the red. Getting Door Checks today. Will install them over the weekend and this G is in good shape.

Nice. U mind taking a pic? I put some LED bulbs in my originals but they hit the plate at too much of an angle so they dont really light it up too much. If I tilt my plate slightly up then it gets a lot brighter.
