JDM Double din trim?

I will be purchasing part number 68260-7W010 for my 2006 w/ Nav. Will I be able to use my stock climate controls or do I have to buy the JDM one as well? They look identical but have different part numbers. Can't find any info on this.
Thanks.

There's a boatload of info on that exact topic. Start with the sticky threads in the A/V forum: https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-video-electronics-20/

^This is spot on advice. OP you might want to hone your searching skills, this is one of the most discussed topics on the forum.

Yes you have to buy the JDM controls. As pointed out above, the explanation is well-covered in the A/V forums.
