Strange Transmission Noise

Strange Transmission Noise

This only happens when pressing the clutch in. I don't think it's the throwout bearing. What can it be??

That's a weird sound, almost like a belt squealing. Subscribed for potential causes.

not sure if its the throwout bearing...

the noise stops once you press or depress the clutch....
its only while youre engaging or disengaging the clutch..... when your foot is flat on on the ground with the clutch pressed its not noisy... or when youre off the clutch


its only when youre in that motion...

Can't answer that but the throw out bearing is the first thing I would try. Perhaps from throw out bearing wear the arm is touching something during engagement. I'm assuming that this was not triggered by someone working on it.
