Simply put, are front tie rods applicable to driver and passenger sides? I.e. an inner rod can go to either side and an outer rod can go either side? I'm in quick need of a full frontal set, but none of my local stores carry a passenger front inner rod. From pictures I've seen, it looks like the rods are identical across both sides (outer to outer and inner to inner), but I'm not 100% sure. Would I be able to buy two sets of front left inner/outer and use the second set for the right hand side?
