Angry Bat's Taillight overlays destroyed by shop

Well, I was all ready to install my Full Smoked Taillight Overlay, but I just didnt feel like feezing my a$$ off (its 40 here in Mass), so I called a reputable place called Tink King. A few guys here got their G's tinted their + they do 3m clear bra so I though it would be fine. The guy on the phone seemed confident enough to do the job today. So I got their 20 minutes later, they are really nice guys needless to say. The guy used the soad and water solution on the taillight + the film and positioned it, but he went right at it with the squeege, and then took a heat gun to try to get out the wrinkles out, but he worked them in with the squeege so tight, their was no getting them out (its tough trying to describe this in words), then he tried to pull the overlay back up on the side, but that didn't go as planned as it got all stretched and s*it. We went to his computer and I found the DIY bat put togerther on this site, (which i printed but I didnt bring it with me), he told me that the DIY bat made was a lot better than the way he did it (obviously). Anyways he said that if i order more he will do the install for free and if he f*ckes them up again he will pay for them. I left pretty satisfied though becuase he was really trying to satify me anyway possible (I could tell he felt bad) I ordered more from bat today and will let him go for round 2 when I get them. Oh and for the 10 minutes they were on my car, they looked so kick a$$! (sorry for the long post)

how much do the overlays cost? if they cost more than the install, shouldn't he pay to replace the overlays?

Np Andrew, I actually found your DIY on his computer after he messed them up. He read it and felt confident to do it again. I just send a check yesterday for a new set.
