Looking for part number and where to buy the rectangular piece that clips in and and sprayers washer fluid, and where to buy it?

I have been googling this for a while, and I can't find the right answer, I have the 04 Coupe, and I can't find that little piece that clips onto the windshield washer arm and sprays the wiper fluid, I ended up actually buying one off ebay although OEM, when it came in the mail, I discovered that the piece was the rounded one used on the sedan. The one I need is more rectangular shaped, the ones I do seem to find are for the 350z which I am guessing that they are compatible, however, I would like to just make sure since they're $25 a pop....

 

I had to replace my driver side arm for my 04 coupe and ordered 28886-AM805 (wiper arm left) from dealer, it came with a the nozzle. If I still had the destroyed one, I would send send you the piece you're looking for.

Side note, the cats in my neighborhood are savages.

 

i ended up grabbing an wiper arm off from a crashed g35 coupe in scarp yard.... i have the same issue when i first got the car
