Are the washer nozzles adjustable? Mine are hitting a bit low on the windshield and they could be doing a better job if they were aimed better. I gave them a quick look and didn't see anything obvious. Fortunately, I walked away before I had a chance to break anything.

make sure they're clean cause sometimes that will mess up the water spray direction.

 

if adjustment is needed .. dont quote me on this but the way we adjust BMW washer jets is by using a small pick (like the tool dentist use to clean your teeth) .. not entirely sure if ours are adjustable, never tried it, but i would assume you could
