Outcast garage front bumper

I was wondering if anyone knew If i could buy this bumper anywhere or if it’s a completely custom one
all I could find was a show car with some connection to outcast garage if not them.

I think the "outcast garage designs", and "by outcast garage" means it's one they do in house. if your looking for a cheaper option try finding one used? or maybe their is one similar or knock of?

bumper is custom 1 of 1 they may build it for you if you ask I think I cost over 1k
