I’m having my motor swapped. The bill keeps increasing and I cannot afford a new clutch. This is the condition it is in

It's 100% impossible for us to tell what condition that clutch is without the proper measurements. The reason you SHOULD install a new clutch is it sounds like you're having a shop do the work and the LABOR is like 8-10 hours for the clutch, at the shop rate that's about $1000 and if they reuse the existing clutch and it goes out in a month you're going to be buying a new clutch and paying an additional $1k for labor.

As for it physically being possible, sure, it was already installed so yes it will bolt right back in. There is an alignment dowel on the crankshaft that must be lined up with the hole on the flywheel or the engine won't start, any competent shop would know this though.

cleric670@gmail got you covered. He is 100% right. You need to take a measurement. That hot spotting looks kinda normal. The picture is too blurry to make a good assessment. Does it feel wavy to run your fingers from center to outside? Is there any heat checking on it? One visual queue you can use for the clutch disk is how close is the material to the rivets? My personal belief is, thats a lot of labor to possibly have to do again or pay for again. At minimum a new disk isnt that expensive.

How would I go about getting a new disc? Mechanic and shops don’t stock them around here
