Question G35 Coupe Drift?

Hello again, so quick question, can the 04 automatic coupe drift? If not, would it work with its manual mode?
Really wanna go to a track and practice.

Lol. No man. Enjoy your first gear wheel spin moments, or get a manual.

Throw some 16's on her with Walmart tires - might be surprised what she will do in 2nd gear...

Ive done some nice power slides in manual mode. Its still drifting in a way lol.

And yes, better tires will make it more difficult to spin the wheels.

04 6mt Coupe - motordyne 5/16 ART pipes TDX2; KWv2; Hotchkiss; custom seats.
I mean...possible, yes. I see a guy with an auto sedan when his 240 is on stands (which may or may not be all the time). Things that do not help 04 AT (non-sport): having a open diff (he welded his), not having a handbrake (foot brake), not having paddleshifts to drop gears in manual mode. 6MT makes it way easier to just clutch kick into the right powerband to break the rear loose and the VLSD (while not ideal) is more sideways happy. Things going against all n/a stock G's in drift (and life in general): weight to power ratio.
