I recently installed the new intake in the video and can 95% confirm that there is no a vacuum leak coming from any of the connecting areas. Also the water is from the rain night before.

This sound does not happen until the car is up to operating temp, I can start the car up and it doesn't make this noise until the engine is at temp so my guess is a leak in a coolant line?

It has been doing this past 4 days, no driving problems.

Bad pulley bearing, take both drive belts off, spin them all by hand (not the crank pulley) and see which ones make noise.

It should be PERFECTLY QUIET with a slight bit of resistance, typically you can only get about 1 full revolution out of the idler/tensioners when you spin them by hand.

99% chance it's those tensioner pulleys, I imagine they're going to spin like 20-30 times when you give them a good spin and probably sound like gravel inside.

Also, fix whatever is throwing your check engine light

 

Thanks for the reply man. Would a bad tensioner pulley also cause overheating sometimes when in traffic? The sound and this problem started right around the same time.
Also the check engine light is for bad cats :"(
