How much is the average to replace all suspension components plus manual transmission

I don't really want to buy another car, i want to keep mine and just restore to mint condition, what's the average prices to pay a shop to have suspension + transmission replaced? My car has 212000 miles but is salvaged title

Yup. Definitely not worth payin a shop to restore your suspension and transmission. It really will cost more than what the car is worth.

Paying a shop is the killer.

Parts for entire suspension rebuilt, using something like the energy suspension poly master kit as a base and adding in things like compression rods, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, etc. Probably around $800
Rebuilt 6MT probably around $1200, or you can buy a brand new CD00A for $1800 which I would recommend if you had any transmission other than a CD009.

However the LABOR to replace all suspension components will probably end up being 18-20 hours, plus another 8 hours of labor for the transmission, shops usually charge $125/hr so the suspension is $2500 and the transmission is another $1200.

Basically it comes down to this, if you are paying a shop to perform any major repairs on a vehicle you are usually better off selling the vehicle and buying a newer / lower mile vehicle.

Or leasing vehicles and never worrying about repairs again. You can lease a 2019 beater commuter for under $200, hell right now you can BUY a brand new 2019 Nissan Versa for $12.5k because they're just giving them away to clear lot space for the redesigned 2020 versa.

Lol, i love the G too much, it's hard finding a manual transmission G i think im gonna be stubborn and just fix it up **** it, better than buying another car that may have problems since mine has been relatively trouble free especially the way i drive mine

So im looking at 7000-8000 to have it restored? Not too bad, bought the car for 9000 and put 70k miles on it, would say it was definitely worth it

It'll be fine just leave the thread.

Those are just random guesses, if you want a QUOTE on fixing those issues you need to call around to local reputable shops.
