Clean G35 coupe. Grey with black highlights. Most annoying vq on the south side of Indy.
Which 3.7 lsd diff will fit onto my 06 g35 coupe AT

Hello, so I’m trying to figure out what differential to get to most effectively swap my 06 g35 at 3.5 open diff to a 3.7 lsd. The question isn’t what g35-g37’s have the pumpkin I’m looking for but rather which diff with the lsd and gear ratio will fit onto my g. And if there isn’t one that’s plug and play, what modifications or swap will have to be done to get it to fit. Also if you have swapped your diff from a 3.5 to a 3.7 was it worth it and what did it change about the way your car drove. I’ve been searching through the forums for an accurate answer but haven’t came across anything so if there is one that could help you can also link that

I think all the 2007+ sedan/350Z 6MT, all 370Z 6MT, and 2008+ G37 coupe/sedan 6MT came with the 3.7 gears and they were all VLSD. You should call /email Z1 Motorsports and ask them. They would definitely know.

Basically any of those cars with the vq35hr or vq37vhr motors with a 6MT. I don't think the 3.7 ever came as an open diff.

Not sure about being able to bolt directly on, I think there was a different yoke on them.
