ABS/ABLS Problem?

Long story short, I went and got new tires put on the back of my car, and after I got it back I was noticing a problem with my drivers side wheel. If I'm going 30+ mph (makes me think something VDC/ABS related), and take a hard right turn, my tire locks? up. It kind of feels like the front wheel is just locking up and not spinning, or it's spinning but its sideways... ABS works fine, along with VDC from what i can tell. If I go straight the car is fine, if I go left the car is fine. It's definitely the front end locking, I never lose control of the rear. I just straighten the wheel out some and the car returns to driving normal.

I started out trying to replace the basics, then moved to some more advanced stuff. I thought maybe it was so far out of alignment that it was slipping the wheel in a different direction and causing it to slip (ball joints are shot, and control arm bushings are shot, so it can't really be aligned.. I'll get around to fixing it, one step at a time), but then again, it doesn't happen unless I'm moving at at 30mph+. The slip light does come on. My next action was to pull the abs fuse and drive it without it (obviously not a permanent fix, just wanted to confirm or rule aside that being the problem), low and behold the abs and ignition fuse is one, so no abs=no start. One thing I did notice while doing this, is that with the car in the ACC position, if I spin the drivers side wheel with the steering wheel turned completely right I hear rapid clicking coming from the abs area, not sure if that's normal because abls? It still happens if I click the "VDC off" button in the cabin (I read this doesn't disable ABLS nor ABS)... My brake pads are new on the rear & still have a ton of pad on the front... It will happen if I'm using the brakes, but also without them.

Curious if anyone has any ideas on how I could disable abs or abls to pinpoint the problem or if you guys think maybe its something else.

Thing's I can semi-safely rule out:
Front tires - These tires were on the car for months before this started happening
Rear Brakes - These are brand new and still happening
Tire sizes? - I put the exact same tire size back on that I took off, so should be no problem there.
VDC - Everything VDC operated in the cabin, as on/off it still slips.

sounds like a suspension problem, especially if you know components are bad. but if you want to cut the ABS there's a lot of videos of how to do so

I would start with fixing the suspension stuff and getting an alignment, but if youre willing to go all the way and snip the ABS could be an easy fix. I like how it brakes without the ABS, and cut mine because my own problem with the abs juttering at low speeds. so intead of buying the ABS sensor for $120 i cut the fuse for 20 minutes of my time. gl (also to clarify its the front driver side? because new tires on the rears shouldnt have done anything to the front)

Just unplug the ABS relay located right in front of the ABS valve/solenoid body. I think it's 3 separate harnesses on the relay box.

VDC lights will be on the dash but the VDC and ABS system will he disabled with the VDC relay unplugged

I think that's my next mission is to go ahead and change ball joints and add the new control arm bushings, but I don't think that's the problem because it seems like both sides are equally as bad, and the right side doesn't budge at all. I'm looking to sell the car soon so I'd rather not do something that's too hard to reverse.

Yes front drivers side is the one that feels like it slips. Never passenger turning left. New tires on the rear and immediately after is when I started noticing it. I thought maybe something alignment related. I am going to also go back and have them balance the tires and do an alignment once I finish the front sus.

Thanks for that, I know exactly where it is. I'll test that and report back.
