How bad is it?

So, I was sent this picture by a seller of this(frame rail?). Car drives fine and has no other issues, was test driven. Doesn’t seem to affect alignment or anything else. Should this be a concern or is it not a big deal and worth the buy for a friend interested in the car. This is located right in between the pinch weld for the scissor jack and front wheel. Thanks guys

I wouldnt worry bout it. My car is bent up too from using a regular jack. It wont affect anything.
