Climate control delay?

I have a 06 coupe 6MT and I’m having an issue that I cannot figure out, my climate controls work but it takes 5-30 minutes for them to actually turn on. The air blows cold and the heat is hot but it just takes forever. I’ve gone through 2 stock CC interfaces (the first you could adjust the temp but not fan speed) (the second I had the same problem I have now but with a longer delay) I currently have an aftermarket metra interface and that’s where I am today. I recharged my ac because I was thinking it was low but the problem continued.
I’m not sure if I need a new blower motor, new blower motor relay or a new compressor. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Ok so what I assume is happening is the FAN IS NOT TURNING ON FOR 5-30 MINUTES.

Is this correct?

If so then you have a failing FAN RELAY, it's located BEHIND the cabin fuse box, Fuse Block - J/B. A 2006 6MT coupe will have TWO BLUE RELAYS on the back of that fuse box. Replace them both, Autozone carries OEM Nissan blue relays for some reason.

In order to get to the relay you need to remove the plastic foot rest off the floor (I think you just pull it up, no bolt/screws it just sits on a pin in the floorpan). Next remove the kick plate at the front edge of the door opening that says INFINITI. Then you can remove the entire plastic kick panel inside the footwell that covers the fuse box. Finally there are two 10mm nuts (maybe a third? Been a while...) that hold down the fuse block. Once they are removed you can swing the fuse box forward enough to access those two relays.

Personally I would just replace them both to save yourself the hassle of replacing the other one in the future.

Here's a picture of the BACK of the Fuse Block - J/B.
