Climate Control Buttons aren't backlit when headlights are on?

Climate Control Buttons aren't backlit when headlights are on?
I haven't driven in the dark alot, but i was tonight and noticed that my climate controls aren't backlit like they should be. I'm aware of the dimmer that is next to the trunk open button down near my left knee and tried to see if that made a difference and it did not. Any other suggestions?
