Same song different Story
My car has no good suspension like, someone told me the rear springs are bad....
Okay, well, I see G35 coupe sport springs, springs, springs, all over for like 2-400 dollars. I do not want the godspeed lowering traction tourquise springs.
My car rocks back and forth, what do they have in the back? Struts, springs, and in the front the shock strut together with a boot.
I need my ride to be into SPEC.
If you know the Specifications for the suspension and all the components for a tight ride for a 2004 G35 S Coupe W/Brembo, Please post what the specs need to be before I buy some minecraft neon springs.
I want it all original, I don't rock like that. I shouldn't be on here, but at least someone might post the correct springs struts for the back and front.
Nobody gives me the right answer. Sad part, my brother is a Master Tech, and they all give me the run around instead of saying "here ya go my dawg, i got you, like I would."
I am like handicapped, and work too hard on other things, was in war with no house and would have done this myself, but a lot of people don't like dealing with disabled war people, especially in south la, they just blow you off for money or what they need. I just need Specifications.
My other posts took 4 years and no solution.
Thanks

Springs rarely "go bad" on this chassis. However there are a LOT of other wearable components because it's a full multi-link suspension front AND rear. Don't buy a "strut assembly" that includes new springs, just have your existing springs put onto new struts.
The number one thing you're probably feeling is blown shocks/struts. The front uses a strut, the rear uses a shock, replace those with a quality OEM-or-greater unit and it will tighten up the ride considerably. Bilstein B6 is an excellent replacement that is better than the OEM units.
Other wearable components include the front upper control arm (fuca) because the ball joint in it goes bad as well as the bushings where it connects to the chassis. Upgrading to an aftermarket FUCA like the ones offered by Z1 Motorsports is a cost effective upgrade that will also give you the needed camber adjustment on the front, stock units have zero adjustment for front camber.
The front compression rod is also notorious for wear, multi-link suspensions are better for performance but it adds 5x as many wearable components to the front. Tie rod end links are also notorious for wear.
Rear suspension doesn't have as much wear issues fortunately but the tie rod end links are again a wearable item.
Wheel bearings also wear and typically have a lifespan of 100k-150k miles, this is exacerbated by the use of wheel spacers or wheels with a flush offset to the chassis (holding a weight close to your body is easier then holding it out with your arm extended, same concept).
Most people will require a complete overhaul of the suspension at about the 100k mile mark, this applies to ALL sports cars not just the G35. Most of these items can be purchased as a front/rear suspension kit that will have all the necessary replacement rods/bushings/etc but will not include struts/shocks or wheel bearings.
Personally I recommend buying an adjustable front/rear camber kit like the one offered through Z1 Motorsports, then you just need tie rod ends for F/R and compression arms for the front. It replaces all the high wear bushings with poly as well as giving the needed camber adjustability for the front.
There is also a highly notorious bushing on the rear differential called the "rear diff bushing" that goes through the subframe that is probably the weakest link of the entire powertrain, replace it with a poly unit, typically it comes in a kit that also includes the two frontal diff bushings.
