Weird cam timing?!

I've been tracking down my power loss issue for a few months and I found something strange. The car feels like it is lacking 40hp when cold and feels like a miata when It is fully warmed up after about 20 mins.

B1 intake cam timing will not go bellow 11 degrees and B2 intake cam timing wont drop below 14. At idle they're 4 degrees apart and sit at that 11 and 14 degrees. I attached a data log I took at wot, and in it you can see that my intake cam solenoids are extremely peaky and all over the place.

This is a 2004 coupe 6mt brembo car with 175k miles. It starts up fine with no rattles and has had the oil changed twice in the last 3 months.

After replacing the two cam sensors and the crank sensors, I got p0011, but after a few days it went away, but the car felt exactly the same and my cam timing did not improve or worsen.

I'm wondering if this is more likely an oil pressure issue, an ecu problem, or if my cam phasers are stuck. Please take a look at my data log and let me know what you think.

near the end, at high rpm, my cam solenoids are reading zero, yet my cams are at 11 and 14 degrees.

Edit: no that looks right (thought you were talking ignition timing for some reason).

The cams retard at high rpm, that's what they're supposed to do.

Check ignition timing. It should go up to like +45° at high rpm.

Check data on bank 1,2 ignition timing as well.

I've checked ignition timing on other data logs. At high rpm my ignition timing stays around 22 degrees max, but at part throttle it'll shoot up to around 40 degrees which seems normal, but I could be wrong. My issue with the cam timing is the 4 degrees of difference between the two banks. That doesn't seem normal to me. They also never drop bellow 11 degrees on b1 and 14 degrees on bank 2.

If you notice in the data log, the solenoids continue to go down at high rpm, but the cam timing stops decreasing at 11 and 14 degrees.

Maybe some help

I've been having a weird power loss issue as well for a few months I've been chasing. Replaced camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensors, and vtc solenoid on B2. Nothing seemed to help I don't think my timing is off just with the fact that it runs and drives fantasticly. Just feels like it's losing horse power when I try to drift. Today I took the cam phaser cover off, on B2 and it was broken where the o ring sits on the cover. I don't know if the covers themselves have a special function but maybe check that out!
