I did an engine swap on my 2005G 35 coupe and the best light comes on and it wants to start but it won’t start also the negative terminal ground becomes hard and start smoking I need some help

If your negative terminal is smoking then you're either cranking the engine WAAAAY too long or you have something miswired.
Is the car throwing any codes? Plug in an OBD2 scanner and verify.
