I’m getting p0300 random multiple misfire , p0102 mass or volume airflow a circuit low , p0113 intake air tempature sensor 1 circuit high, i bought a new maf censor and it still did change anything , spark plugs have less than a thousand miles on it , it started acting like this after i let it sat for two months,

 

Check the wiring. If it sat outside for two months, rodents may have chewed on the wires, shorting them out.
