My g35 (213,000kms) occasionally makes a rattling noise on startup for like 1/4 of a second and the engine always makes a rattling noise near the accessory belts, some threads are saying this is normal others are saying oil starvation and some are saying its the timing chain does anyone have any idea? Im completely lost.

 

Any rattle noise like that on startup is usually the timing chain primary tensioner.
