Heat Shield?

Heat Shield?
I know thisis probably a dumb question but would someone take alook at their coupes headers and tell me if their is a heat shield?
When I replaced my Acura TL with an aftermarket SS Header the heatshield had to go for fitment reasons....plus it looked hella better. Thanks!
