Need Suggestions on what to do with my G35
So I have a 2005 G35 6mt Rev-Up with 117k miles on it. I just replaced my valve covers. I possibly have a upper oil pan leak, a rear main seal leak, and i have a leak from what i think to be a cracked crank pulley. I had just replaced my front main seal and i still have oil slowly leaking out the front of my engine right under the crank pulley, so that is the only reasonable explantation I have to that. I also have bad timing chains tensioners it seems like. On cold start and when lightly pressing throttle around 2-3k rpm i have rattling noise coming from my engine. So I will need to do a full timing chain job as well.
Now with all that said if the upper oil pan and rear main seal are leaking I was considering on swapping in a new non rev up engine. Now do y'all think that is a good idea? Or should I pull the engine and do the work that needs to be done then throw it back in? I would love to hear some input. I am a 16 year old and this is my first car! I know I have the ability to do these things, but I want to do the thing that will be the most cost effective and worth it. Would love to hear yalls responses and questions! Also if you have any threads that can help me on this please send me the link!

Compression and leakdown test the engine to see how much life is actually left in it. Then you'll know whether it's worth putting parts into that engine or just swapping it for a used JDM one with lower miles.
Swapping from rev-up to non-rev isn't as easy as you think, you're also going to need an ECM, and you'll need to program it to match to the BCM. You can do this with a Windows laptop and the Nissan Datascan 2 software (gotta buy the software and the interface cable).
