Sounds more like a stuck injector, you can test this by literally just unplugging the injector then turn the ingnition on/off to build up fuel pressure. If it is leaking out fuel while unplugged then it's just a bad injector.

Rite now I have #1 injector unplugged an it's not filling the chamber up with gas but if I plug it up it will fill it up an if I crank it I'm pretty sure it will be a fire lol

Ring out the wires back to the ECM and to ground to see if there's a short in it somewhere.

The fuel injectors get full time power straight from the fuse box. The ECM just closes the GROUND WIRE. If that ground wire has rubbed through and is making contact with chassis metal then that injector will just spray 100% duty cycle as soon as the power to the car is turned on.

You can use a DMM and probe the injector harness ground wire to see if it has continuity to ground. If it does the just find where the wire is rubbing and wrap it with tape.

White/blue stripe wire is the full time power from the fuse box on all injectors. The other colored (different on each injector) wire is the ground wire back to the ECM.
