cant find out why my 2005 g35 de is randomly miss firing

Hey guys here's my issue

I have a 2005 g35 DE ATX coupe 206,000

My car has been great to me for the past 10 years problem free until I just installed a used 2006 motor and ever since i installed it have been having a crank sensor code and u1000 code as well as vtc/abs/tcs code. I have changed crank sensor two or three times. The motor came with both cam sensors and i changed those to the original cam sensor just to see if that helped but nothing. After i installed the new crank sensor the car would start but if you immediately try to put it in D the car would cut off. But if you let the car idle for a few to normal temps then the car would idle after shifting into D. Sometimes after you start to move the car would buck like a bull and backfire really bad. Other times the car would drive like normal until you try and go WOT and then it would seem like it would hit the rev limiter around 4500-5000. But if you part throttle it up to that point it would drive fine. I tried to figure out under what condition any of these things are happening but i could not find it on my live scanner..

Does anyone think this is a ECU issue? I have done wire checks from the MAF to the ECU and CRANK SENSOR to the ECU. I added a grounding kit. Any direction or something to look for? also does anyone know if the flex plate on the 2005 DE is any different than the 2006 flex plate for the crank sensor. Meaning the grooves in the flex plate for the crank sensor to read off of for the timing of the motor? Would reprogramming the ECU help this or is the ECU possibly bad?

Sorry for the may questions....

When you put the flex plate/flywheel on, did you verify you aligned the plates with the guidance pin?

Did you bring over your valve timing solenoids? Or at least check to make sure they are not gunked up?

Can you unplug and replug the harness into the connectors? Are you using the original harness or a replacement?

I got this motor from the junkyard full assy and the torque converter and flex plate was already attached. The wire harness is the original one for car.. as far as what I said about the crank and cam sensors I tried to install the 2005 stuff thinking there may be a difference and they worked on that motor. I might switch the solenoids and see how they do… but how about the u1000 code?

U1000 and all those TCS/ABS codes probably means the TCS/ABS/VDC computer isn't talking to the system.

U1000 just means one of the computers isn't talking to the network.

As for the engine problems, I strongly recommend using only the long block on a donor engine. You have no idea how long it sat so fuel injectors are probably crapped up, you have no idea what condition all the other sensors and stuff were either. I would swap over ALL the sensors from the original motor since you know everything worked fine before. Cam actuators, coil packs, injectors, throttle bodies, etc.

Make sure you do all the electronics recalibrations like idle air, throttle closed, etc

I also would have at least unbolted the flex plate and checked it good on a table to make sure it wasn't slightly warped. Salvage yards are pretty good about beating up used engines and flex plates often come out slightly bent, this will throw your crank sensor off.

EXACTLY what codes is it throwing right now?
