2005 G35 Coupe-Replacing Optical Sensor

Anybody know how to do this? It's supposedly located on the passenger side on the dash right under the windshield. Controls your "Auto" lights ...when it gets dark , headlights come on automatically.

Just pop the sensor out using a flathead screwdriver and pull it out.

So no need to pull out any of the dash etc? No clips on the sensor? It's in an awfully tight area to get to.
