Headlight "auto" sensor ?
Was wondering where the sensor for the Headlights to turn on automatically is.
I want to possibly tint it so it goes on whenever isnt so dark

There are two different sensors on the front dash.
The Sunload sensor (left) is for interior climate control and helps maintain a constant cabin temperature.
The sensor the OP is asking for is the Photo sensor (right) which detects outdoor light levels for the auto on/off headlights.
There are illustrations, for both, in the owners manual, sections 2 and 4.
Before you go tinting anything, have you adjusted the sensitivity in Settings->Comfort->Light Sensitivity?

yea i have done those settings, i just want it to turn on a little bit earlier than normal
I placed some black felt tape on the inside of mine and the lights come on whenever the selector is in auto. Easy, and solves the whole on off on deal when turning the selector past auto on the way to manual on. Also, the car no longer turns the lights on when driving under overpasses and bridges just to turn them right back off.
