Fuse keeps shorting
Fuse keeps shorting
Dome/Door Lights, Steering Column, Power Seats fuse that controls those keeps shorting out trying to figure out where to check the wires. I had my car sitting at my parents for the longest time and I think mice got into it and chewed up wires. I found rat poop inside the car smh. Any idea where I should look?
Start with a visual inspection under the seats, under the dash, take off the kick panel in both footwells, find their nest, remove it, fix the wires they ate.
Also check the battery box, they probably accessed the cabin through the cabin air filter right behind the battery. That's also where the engine bay IPDM fuse box is located.
