Did some donuts, lots of fun but no SLIP light or any intervention from the car...
The G35 was not available for the European market, mine is Canadian. Anyway my car does have a VDC button but nothing happens when i press it.

 

I think the next step is to determine if the ABS is even functioning, when you start the car, the first time you hit 5mph it will do a self-test of the ABS. If you lightly press on the brake with your left foot while accelerating you should feel the pedal rumble as the ABS motor is engaged.

Alternately you can open the hood, roll down the window, and listen for the ABS motor to turn on. It makes a "whirring/grinding" sound for exactly 1 second while it performs the system self-test.

Or you can just stand on the brakes while driving 30mph or so and lock the tires up.

ABS is working, slammed the brakes and the pedal did rumble.
Hopefully i'll have this week some free time and i'll go to a specialist.
