Here is the recent updates to my 06' Coupe with 122,000 miles or 196,000 kms.

Problem is when I get it revving and pass, or just step on it in general you can immediately smell like a burnt plastic and well the video hopefully will help some of the more expereienced owners to possibly help me figure out the issue as I'm pretty much spent on it at this point.. ** New valve cover gasket was just installed on the right side only. There are multiple drip spots on the pavement where I park just about the entire length of the car? Oil level seems good? Temp is fine, no lag in power - just smell and burning smoke I assume from hitting the hot exhaust but where from!?

Thanks, I'll get something together and have the flashlight and mirror ready for the next time to see where this is coming from. How come my oild seems to be staying level, I guess that would cancel it out right away? Also whats your opinion on those oil catch cans?

I didn't see the other thread but man that's alot of oil. Probably coming from more than one leak. Maybe even the valve cover that was just done if they didn't do it right. I have a little drip from a valve cover that will sometimes give you a whiff of oil but that's crazy how much you have leaking.

 

It might not be motor oil, thus the oil level not changing. Check all your other fluids.
