I realize its just my opinion, but if you bought the V35 in America, you bought an Infiniti G35. Perod. End of story. I'll bet you'd be hard pressed to show me the Infiniti of Nissan dealership you walked into and purchased your GT350. IT ISN'T ANYTHING BUT A G35 IN AMERICA.
It is, however, your automobile. Pose/rice away.

Ah, here we go again. As was discussed in a similar thread last night regarding rebadging, I propose the following badging that would "bring the car to its roots" and give you awesome "street cred". Ladies and gentleman, I offer to you the Prince/Datsun/Nissan trifecta... A Datsun hamburger logo upfront (colored), Prince in italics on the fenders, and a Nissan "Skyline GT350" on the back. Per the rebadging logic that i've read, wouldn't this give you the ultimate in "street cred"? LOL
Anyone up for it? I dare ya?

To each his own. I prefer to leave mine as Infiniti. But I do not see anything wrong with rebadging if done accurately. In my opinion, however, since this is not the equivalent to the GTR- rebadging to Skyline is kinda hokie as the Skyline that gets the true respect is the GTR and not the GT. But I do agree that the 350 GT designation is accurate. But in America it is not a Nissan it is an Infiniti. I can't get my car serviced under warranty at any of the Nissan dealerships. I get an Infiniti warranty with Infiniti service. In America The G35 is the foster child of Infiniti- disowned, as it were, by Nissan- so I will not rebadge as a result.

Are you guys having a period or something? Who the hell cares what people rebadge their cars to? G35 IS the Skyline, so I don't see any problem like I would with fake Type-R Hondas. Just let people do what they like.
For me, I'm gonna try Mt. Fuji with Skyline and 350GT first and see if I like it. If I don't I'm taking Mt. Fuji emblem off and call it a day.

Oh yeah, according to my buddies, we're all ricers because we are modifying Japaneese cars.
Me, I prefer to be "wild rice". What do we call the German car modifiers, krauts?
