Drivers headlight was out bought a ballast old one was filled with water when I took it out and new bulb worked when turned on but smoked a bit then every day after it the light wouldn’t work for like 5 mins then it come on and stay on now it doesn’t come on at all thinking it’s a fuse ? Or what’s your thoughts

 

Unplug your ballasts and test the wires for voltage when you turn the headlights on. If you get voltage, then the circuit is good and the problem is your ballast or bulb.


Just get a HID kit and get rid of all the old oem ballasts and bulbs.
