Cylinder 5 misfire!!!! 05 g35x AWD

Hey guys, I’m having trouble with my 2005 g35x AWD. I had done a valve cover job and after doing it my car started idling rough and jumping rpm’s lower to idle. I had a cylinder misfire pop up on my scanner so I had changed the spark plugs too. After changing the spark plugs I had the code popped up again for a cylinder 5 misfire so I switched ignition coils 3 and 5 and then it started popping up random/multiple misfires. THENNNNNN i went and bought new ignition coils and replaced it and a replacement spark plug for the cylinder 5 since it was still throwing the code. I thought i fixed it and cylinder misfire 5 still popped up. Just to note I had no check engine lights or any problems with rpm’s before doing my valve cover job. I’m not exactly sure what it could be but I’ve done everything please someone help me. I’ve exhausted all resources and have been working on this car for 4 days.

Check for broken wire or damaged connector pins.

So far I followed the same path you describe and still have the cyl 5 misfire. Assuming now it is a bad injector. What did you end up finding/fixing

Thanks Mike
